You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it.
Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To maintain high safety and hygiene standards, certain types of items cannot be returned:
Opened Supplements/Wellness Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products with a broken seal.
Digital Downloads: Any software, guides, or digital plans purchased are non-refundable once accessed.
Personal Care Items: Items used in close contact with the body.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, “Final Sale” items are not eligible.
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at support@biogenixpro.com with your Order Number.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Timeline: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
